The online application process for these roles commenced on Wednesday, with the deadline set for April 8. Eligible candidates interested in applying are advised to visit the official website and submit their registration forms before the deadline.
The 33 positions available at IDBI include 5 Deputy General Manager (DGM) Grade-D roles, 11 Assistant General Manager (AGM) Grade-C roles, 9 Manager Grade-B roles, and 8 Junior Assistant Manager (Security Officer) Grade-O roles.
Applicants must hold a graduation or post-graduation degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Data, AI, or related fields from a recognized institution or university, along with a 12th-grade diploma or JCO service. Additionally, candidates must meet other specified eligibility criteria and experience requirements.
The minimum age for candidates is set at 25 years, while the maximum age limit is 50 years, calculated as of March 1. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection of qualified candidates will be based on shortlisting, examination/interview, medical fitness, and document verification. The starting salary for selected candidates will range from ₹64,820 to ₹1,02,300 per month, while the annual CTC for Junior Assistant Managers will be between ₹6.14 lakh and ₹6.50 lakh.
When filling out the application form, candidates must pay the designated application fee online, which is ₹1,050 for General/EWS/OBC candidates and ₹250 for SC/ST/PWD candidates, inclusive of applicable GST.
