Jaipur, October 13 (Daily Kiran): The weather across Rajasthan is expected to remain dry for the next seven days, leading to fluctuations in day and night temperatures, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD). However, no major change in temperature is likely over the next 48 hours.

As per the latest IMD report, minimum temperatures dropped across most cities, with 24 locations recording below 20°C at night. Pilani remained the coldest in the state, with a low of 15.5°C recorded on Sunday night.
Jaipur Sees Dip in Temperature
In Jaipur, the weather stayed sunny and breezy throughout the day. The city recorded a 1.6°C drop in maximum temperature and a 1°C dip in the minimum temperature. The maximum temperature stood at 30.4°C, while the minimum settled at 19.6°C.
North Winds Keep Weather Cool
According to Radheshyam Sharma, Director of the Meteorological Centre Jaipur, the influence of northerly winds has led to cooler conditions across several regions. He said, “Both maximum and minimum temperatures are currently 2 to 5 degrees below normal in most parts of the state. The dry weather pattern is expected to persist for the next week.”
The IMD further stated that while mornings and nights will remain pleasant to cool, daytime temperatures may rise slightly towards the end of the week. No rainfall activity is predicted anywhere in the state during this period.
