
New Delhi, March 15: The Election Commission announced on Sunday the upcoming assembly elections in four states and one Union Territory. Following this announcement, BJP MP Ghulam Ali Khatana stated that party workers remain active around the clock for the elections.
In an interview in New Delhi, Khatana emphasized that young voters in the states holding elections are determined to support PM Modi. He noted that both the youth and women have resolved to align with PM Modi’s vision to fulfill the commitment of a developed India.
Khatana remarked that with the election announcement, the opposition’s statements are merely deceptive. He pointed out that the people of Bengal understand that the current government is protecting infiltrators. The youth in Bengal will vote for a better future. The youth of the nation stands with PM Modi for a developed India.
Addressing the opposition’s claims regarding the LPG crisis, Khatana stated that they had spread rumors during the COVID-19 pandemic as well. He expressed that the public should not expect anything from them. He assured the citizens that under PM Modi’s leadership, the nation will swiftly overcome the current crisis, highlighting that Modi’s management is unparalleled globally.
In response to Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar’s comments regarding Pakistan, Khatana countered that Aiyar makes such statements to remain relevant in politics. He described Aiyar’s frustrations, recalling a time when the country was plagued by scandals. Under PM Modi’s leadership, India is poised to become the third-largest economy in the world.
Khatana concluded by stating that while we desire good relations with neighbors, terrorism and dialogue cannot coexist.
