New Delhi, April 9: The intersection of politics and cinema often captivates public interest. In this context, Aam Aadmi Party leader Raghav Chadha recently shared photos of his meeting with Bollywood icon Sanjay Dutt on social media, capturing the attention of fans.
This meeting comes at a time when excitement is building around the film “Dhurandhar” and its sequel, “Dhurandhar: The Revenge.”
Raghav Chadha posted three photos on Instagram. In the first image, he and Sanjay Dutt are seen smiling and posing for the camera, with Sanjay resting his hand on Raghav’s shoulder. The second photo shows Raghav welcoming Sanjay by holding his hand, both wearing bright smiles. The third image features the two engaged in conversation while seated by a bonfire.
Accompanying the photos, Raghav expressed his admiration for Sanjay Dutt in the caption. He wrote, “Not long ago, I had the opportunity to host Sanjay Dutt at my home, who is among the finest people I know.”
He also shared his happiness regarding the love the film “Dhurandhar” has received, noting that Sanjay Dutt’s aura remains consistent over time, earning him continuous praise from the public.
“It feels great to see the love you receive for ‘Dhurandhar.’ Your aura stays the same, and the admiration from people remains constant. You truly deserve this love. I always pray for your well-being,” he added.
Regarding the film “Dhurandhar,” it has achieved remarkable success at the box office. The story is inspired by the 1999 Kandahar hijacking incident, which posed a significant security crisis for the nation. The plot follows IB Chief Ajay Sanyal (played by R. Madhavan), who wishes to respond decisively to the enemies but faces numerous governmental obstacles. This leads to the initiation of “Operation Dhurandhar,” where an undercover agent named Hamza (played by Ranveer Singh) embarks on a mission to dismantle the network of terror and crime in enemy territory. The film intricately portrays the web of gang wars, politics, and terrorism.
The sequel, “Dhurandhar: The Revenge,” continues the narrative, focusing on Hamza Ali Mazari’s quest for vengeance and his mission. Following the events of the first part, he has established himself among the enemies and seeks to eliminate those conspiring against India. The film explores gang wars in Pakistan’s Lyari region, power struggles, and international conspiracies, while also incorporating themes of demonetization and political events.
