New Delhi, June 20: President Droupadi Murmu is receiving heartfelt birthday wishes from across the nation. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, along with several prominent leaders, has extended his greetings to President Murmu. PM Modi expressed his eagerness to meet her at an event in Odisha today.
In a post on the social media platform ‘X’, Prime Minister Modi wrote, “Warm birthday wishes to Droupadi Murmu, the President of India. Her journey, filled with courage, simplicity, humility, and unwavering commitment to public service, continues to inspire people across the country.”
He praised President Murmu for her exemplary service to the nation during her long tenure and wished her good health and longevity.
In his post, PM Modi stated, “Throughout her extensive public life, she has served the nation with distinction, particularly dedicated to the welfare of marginalized and underprivileged communities. Her steadfast commitment to India’s development is truly inspiring. May God bless her with long life and good health for her service to the nation. I look forward to meeting her at the event in Odisha today.”
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh also took to ‘X’ to convey his wishes, saying, “Heartfelt birthday wishes to President Droupadi Murmu. She has dedicated her life to serving society and empowering people. Through her understanding and commitment to inclusive development, social justice, and citizen welfare, she embodies the true spirit of public service. I wish her good health, happiness, and longevity in her service to the nation.”
Hardeep Singh Puri, India’s Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas, shared his birthday wishes as well, stating, “Warm birthday wishes to President Droupadi Murmu. She is an exemplary leader whose inspiring journey reflects courage, perseverance, and dedication to the nation. She has earned the respect and affection of people across India. May God bless her with good health and a long life.”
Central Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan also extended his greetings, saying, “Your inspiring journey from a humble background to the highest constitutional office showcases the strength of India’s democratic values. Chouhan further added, “May the blessings of Lord Jagannath always be upon you. I wish you good health, longevity, a happy life, and continued guidance in your service to the nation.”
Minister of State for External Affairs Kirti Vardhan Singh posted, “Warm birthday wishes and respectful salutations to President Droupadi Murmu.
