Mumbai, August 2: Reality show ‘Lock Up 2’ recently saw the elimination of Pamela Serena and Akanksha Chaudhary. After exiting the show, Pamela shared insights about her journey, relationships formed during the competition, contestant behaviors, and some of her past secrets in an exclusive interview.
Pamela stated, “Reality TV shows in the UAE and UK are filled with chaos and fights, but my experience in India has been quite different and educational. Here, reality shows are played strategically. You must be careful about what you say and do, as people can be very sensitive.”
Discussing her favorite contestants and the most sensitive individuals on the show, Pamela noted, “I’ve observed everyone closely. Each contestant has something unique, but if I had to highlight the most sensitive, it would be Harshad and Shivangi, who struggle to handle jokes or comments.”
Pamela also shared her thoughts on Akanksha Chaudhary. She remarked, “During the show, Akanksha’s true personality gradually emerged. Her behavior in front of the camera was not what she initially portrayed. Akanksha showed her real colors on the show.”
Before her elimination, Pamela revealed several secrets, including a past connection to match-fixing during her student life. “I talked about match-fixing in my secret, but I was very young, around 15-16 years old. Now that I am older, I regret it. I take no pride in that,” she admitted.
On her friendship with Akanksha Chamoala and the questions surrounding it, Pamela emphasized that she does not judge friendships based on anyone’s identity. “When I entered the show, I didn’t know anyone. The relationships I formed were thoughtful. I don’t trust people easily. My friendship and loyalty to Akanksha were genuine, but later, some people influenced her,” she explained.
Pamela also addressed Akanksha’s comment about her dog being better than Gaurav, clarifying, “That statement was misunderstood. Akanksha said it jokingly about her parents. It had nothing to do with Gaurav. She meant that her parents would come to the show before her, along with her dog.”
Lastly, Pamela praised the show’s hosts, Riteish Deshmukh and Farah Khan, stating that they made the show entertaining, particularly enjoying Farah’s witty remarks and one-liners.
