Outrage Over the Rape and Murder of a Three-Year-Old in Tamil Nadu

Chennai, June 15: A shocking incident has emerged from Tamil Nadu involving the rape and murder of a three-year-old girl. Tamilisai Soundararajan, a senior leader of the BJP in Tamil Nadu and former Governor of Telangana, has expressed her deep concern regarding this tragic event.

In an interview, Soundararajan stated, “This is a deeply painful incident. How can someone take the life of an innocent child in such a brutal manner? This is a horrifying act of savagery and a serious concern for society. Personally, this incident has disturbed me greatly. The government must take stringent measures to prevent such occurrences and ensure the harshest punishment for the guilty.”

Soundararajan further highlighted the importance of addressing the issues faced by migrant workers, as the victim belonged to a migrant labor family. Both the victim and the accused are part of the migrant worker community. She urged the government to support these workers and investigate the challenges they face.

Regarding the U.S.-Iran agreement, Soundararajan remarked that the end of war brings happiness to everyone. “Every humanitarian-minded individual should feel this way. We must always remember that wars are against humanity and human beings,” she added.

On the topic of ‘Make in India,’ Soundararajan expressed pride in the initiative. She mentioned the recent inauguration of a medical equipment conference, stating, “As a doctor, I know that we previously imported fuses and spare parts for ultrasound machines. Now, these machines are manufactured in India. Even defense equipment is being produced domestically. We are thrilled about the new innovations in spacecraft and aviation.”
