New Delhi, May 13: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has officially announced the recruitment of seven Assistant Security Officer (ASO) positions in Grade E-I. The vacancies include 2 for Unreserved (UR), 3 for Other Backward Classes (OBC – NCL), 1 for Scheduled Caste (SC), and 1 for Scheduled Tribe (ST).
The online application process for these ASO positions commenced on May 13 and will close on June 2. Interested candidates can register and submit their application forms on the official BEL website within this timeframe.
Applicants must hold a graduation degree in any subject from a government-recognized institution or university. Additionally, candidates should have served in the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Central Paramilitary Organizations at the Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) level.
The maximum age limit for applicants is set at 40 years, calculated as of May 1. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per government norms.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on shortlisting, written examination, interview, and document verification. The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹1,20,000. It is important to note that the written exam and interview will be conducted exclusively in Bengaluru.
