New Delhi, October 14 (Daily Kiran): London-based tech brand Nothing is reportedly preparing to expand its smartphone lineup with a new budget-friendly device, the Nothing Phone (3a) Lite. According to a leak shared by tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore with Xpertpick, this will be the company’s first smartphone to feature the “Lite” branding and could mark Nothing’s most affordable handset yet.

The Nothing Phone (3a) Lite is expected to launch globally — including in India — later this year. While official specifications remain undisclosed, the leak suggests the device will be available in black and white colour options and come with a single variant featuring 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
As its name indicates, the Lite version is expected to sit below the Nothing Phone (3a) in the brand’s lineup. Reports suggest that its pricing could be closer to the CMF Phone 2 Pro, another affordable offering from the company’s sub-brand.
However, to keep costs low, Nothing may exclude some premium features seen on the Phone (3a) — such as the telephoto lens — or include a lower-magnification zoom sensor instead. The Phone (3a) series earned praise for offering a capable triple-camera setup on a budget, so expectations for the Lite variant remain high.
No details have yet emerged regarding the processor, display specifications, or battery capacity, but leaks indicate that the smartphone will target the upper-budget segment.
In related developments, a Nothing Phone (4a) has also been spotted online, hinting at a broader expansion of the brand’s mid-range lineup in 2025.
