Varanasi, March 12: The Kashi Vishwanath Temple has confirmed that there is no shortage of fuel. Devotees received prasad on Thursday without any issues.
Vishwabhushan Mishra, the Chief Executive Officer of the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, released a video addressing recent claims. On March 11, a staff member working in the temple’s annakshetra made a statement to the media regarding a fuel shortage. It has been clarified that this individual is merely a regular worker and does not hold any official responsibilities or authorized representation for the Kashi Vishwanath Temple annakshetra.
In his media interaction, the employee suggested that a lack of LPG was causing issues in the annakshetra, leading to a reduction in the quantity of prasad for devotees. The temple management has stated that such claims were unauthorized and factually incorrect. The employee’s statement appears to have been made in a moment of enthusiasm or carelessness in front of the camera.
The CEO has already clarified the official status regarding kitchen operations and annakshetra management. The temple management urges everyone not to create unnecessary panic or confusion based on the absurd and false statements of unauthorized individuals.
Mishra also addressed rumors about a reduction in the food menu due to fuel issues in the annakshetra. He emphasized that all annakshetra facilities are currently operating at full capacity.
