Mumbai, July 15: Singer-actor Nick Jonas recently revealed that one of the best aspects of his eight-year marriage to global star Priyanka Chopra is staying updated with Bollywood gossip.
In an episode of the Jonas Brothers’ new podcast series “Hey Jonas!”, which features Nick, Priyanka, Kevin Jonas, and Joe Jonas, Nick humorously stated that the biggest perk of their marriage has been access to the latest news and gossip from Bollywood.
Nick said, “What I have enjoyed the most in these eight years is the Bollywood gossip I get to hear.”
Priyanka playfully teased her husband, asking, “Is this what you like the most about our entire marriage? Your feed is filled with gossip.”
She further explained that Nick often knows about Bollywood breakups before she does.
“I don’t find out who has broken up with whom until you tell me. It often happens when I’m texting someone and say, ‘Hey, send my love to so-and-so.’ And he replies, ‘No, they’ve broken up.’ And I’m like, ‘Oh, so you keep an eye on the gossip,’” Priyanka shared.
Nick laughed and admitted, “Yes, I do.”
Kevin and Joe pressed him for details about which updates and gossip he follows, but Nick declined to name names.
“I can’t name them. They are our friends,” he said.
The singer also confessed that he secretly follows some Bollywood gossip pages.
“There are some accounts I ‘ghost follow,’ you know? They have some good gossip. There are many stories worth following,” he added.
As for Nick and Priyanka, the couple first met at an Oscars after-party in 2017 and began dating in 2018. They got engaged that same year and married in December 2018 at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, following both Christian and Hindu traditions. In 2022, they welcomed their daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, via surrogacy.
