New Delhi, March 20: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a chargesheet against a ninth accused in the bombings that occurred at two clubs in Gurugram in 2024. To date, a total of nine individuals have been charged in this case.
According to a press release issued by the NIA on Thursday, Ramdatt is the latest individual to be charged. This case is linked to the banned terrorist organization Babbar Khalsa International (BKI). Investigations revealed connections to a declared terrorist, Satinderjeet Singh, also known as Goldy Brar, who is based in Canada. The agency submitted a supplementary chargesheet against Ramdatt in a special NIA court located in Panchkula, Haryana.
Further investigations indicated that Ramdatt had ties to Rohit Godara, a close associate of Goldy Brar, as well as to gangster Randeep Malik, who operates from abroad. Previously, in 2025, the NIA had filed charges against Goldy Brar and seven other accused individuals. Ramdatt faces various charges under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA). The investigation agency stated that Ramdatt was a key collaborator in this significant terrorist syndicate.
It was revealed that Ramdatt provided a safe haven for an accomplice near the Chambal area, who was involved in the bombing incidents at both clubs in Gurugram. Notably, bomb attacks targeted ‘The Warehouse Club’ and ‘Human Club’ in Sector 29 of Gurugram on December 10, 2024. Following these incidents, the NIA took over the investigation. During the inquiry, the agency uncovered a large international terrorist network, which included several operatives acting under the direction of foreign handlers.
The NIA has stated that it will continue its investigation to identify other conspirators and trace the financial networks used in this plot, aiming to dismantle the active terrorist infrastructure in the region.
