Lieutenant General Seth emphasized that new technologies, information dominance, and multi-domain operations are transforming the future battlefield amid hybrid, ongoing, and unpredictable threats. He urged young leaders to remain mentally agile, tech-savvy, and operationally adaptable in the rapidly changing security environment.

A total of 281 new officers were commissioned, including 253 officer cadets from the SSC (Tech) Main-64 course and 28 female cadets from the SSC (Tech) Women-35 course. The Army Commander praised the hard work, dedication, and commitment of the new officers. He also expressed gratitude to their families and trainers, who played a crucial role in shaping their character and resolve.

In his speech, he highlighted the evolving nature of warfare. Emerging technologies like AI, cyberspace, and the electromagnetic spectrum are reshaping future conflicts alongside information dominance and multi-domain operations.
