New Delhi, June 24: The North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited (NEPCO) has officially announced the recruitment of experienced professionals for a total of 38 positions across various fields. This recruitment is aimed at job seekers and will initially be on a fixed-term basis for three years, with the possibility of extension based on performance and needs for up to two additional years.
Among the 38 vacancies, there are 2 Executive (ERP) positions, 1 Executive (HR) in Corporate Communication, 9 Executive (Civil), 4 Executive (Security), 1 Executive (Law), 2 Executive (Safety), 12 Executive (Finance), 5 Executive (Medical), and 2 Executive (HR) in CSR.
The online application process commenced on June 23 and will remain open until July 13. Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can submit their application forms on NEPCO’s official portal before the deadline.
Applicants must possess a graduation degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution or university. Specific qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, an MBBS, a Master’s degree in Social Work, CA/CMA or an MBA with a specialization in Finance, a PG degree/diploma in Mass Communication/Journalism, a Bachelor’s degree in Law, or an Engineering degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Production along with a diploma in Industrial Safety.
Candidates should also have 1 to 7 years of experience, depending on the position, along with other required skills. The minimum age for applicants is 18 years, while the maximum age varies from 30 to 37 years based on the position, calculated as of January 1. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on shortlisting/screening of applications (considering qualifications/marks percentage, years of experience, etc.), followed by a written/computer-based exam and a personal interview. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹71,000 to ₹1,66,000, along with additional benefits and allowances.
During the application process, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee online, which is set at ₹500 for General/EWS/OBC categories. However, SC/ST/PWD/ESM candidates and female applicants are exempt from the registration fee.
