
Patna, April 18: A proud moment unfolded for the 23 Bihar Battalion NCC cadets on Saturday as four of them received financial assistance under the Cadet Welfare Society Scholarship 2025. This scholarship is awarded to NCC cadets based on their academic progress, discipline, and exceptional performance, aimed at supporting their further education and boosting their morale.
During the event, the selected cadets were presented with checks by Commanding Officer Colonel Ritesh Mohan, Subedar Major Suresh Kumar, and the school’s ANO Purnendu Pal Bharti. The officials congratulated the cadets for their achievements and encouraged them to strive for even greater success in the future.
The scholarship was awarded to cadets Saksham Sona, Siddhant Rathore, Sonam Kumari, and Abhishek Kumar from PM Shri Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Navgachia. The financial support sparked significant enthusiasm among the cadets, who attributed their success to hard work and discipline.
In addition, Amit Kumar from High School Sabour was honored for his outstanding performance, receiving the second-best cadet award for 2025. This recognition included a cash prize, further acknowledging his achievements.
