Amaravati, June 6: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) President N. Chandrababu Naidu visited the party’s central office and participated in a special dialogue program with training workers. He emphasized that the primary goal of these training programs is to prepare party workers as capable leaders, enabling them to better serve both society and the organization.
Naidu urged workers to prioritize public service and commit to becoming responsible leaders. He stated that when individuals work with determination and a positive mindset, favorable conditions naturally arise to achieve their goals. He noted that those with a positive outlook tend to attract good and creative individuals, while negativity breeds only further negativity.
The Chief Minister expressed confidence that the party would not face defeat again, as continuous self-assessment is being conducted at both organizational and governmental levels. He highlighted the importance of maintaining strong relationships with the public, respecting democratic values, implementing welfare schemes, and advancing development projects as the party’s priorities.
He mentioned that regular public opinion surveys are being conducted at various levels within the party, and decisions regarding appointments and candidate selections are based on the feedback from the public and party workers. He made it clear that anyone working against the interests of the party or the state, or exhibiting irresponsible behavior, would not be spared under any circumstances.
Chandrababu Naidu stated that the government is progressively fulfilling the promises made to the public during elections. He urged workers to disseminate information about the government’s achievements and development initiatives to every household, ensuring that people are aware of the government’s commitment to its promises.
Using the Mangalagiri region as an example, he noted that the party has worked diligently and achieved success despite challenging circumstances. He stressed the necessity of remaining active among the public and continuing development efforts even after victory.
The Chief Minister criticized the opposition, accusing them of making numerous promises without fulfilling them. He claimed that the opposition attempted to spread misinformation regarding recruitment processes and other issues, but the government responded with factual information.
He asserted that the party is moving forward strongly with its coalition and called on all workers to unite in their efforts. He emphasized that every worker, from senior leaders to booth-level members, must work diligently to strengthen the organization and build public trust. Additionally, he encouraged workers to study inspirational books and continuously develop their personality and leadership skills.
