Moses Kaul Releases New Song Ji Le, Explores the Subtlety of Love

Mumbai, August 21: Moses Kaul, known for his lead role in the Netflix series ‘Class’, has unveiled his new song ‘Ji Le’. Unlike typical love songs that dramatize emotions, this track delves into the gradual deepening of feelings through everyday moments and companionship. Moses expresses that often, we are unaware of whether we are falling for the person in front of us or simply enjoying our transformed self in that moment.

Regarding ‘Ji Le’, Moses states, “This song does not attempt to sell anything special. For me, it narrates a moment where a person finds themselves confused. They wonder what they are becoming attached to. Is it the moment itself, the person present, or the way they feel in that moment?”

The song portrays love in a very simple manner. There are no grand promises or love at first sight. Instead, the relationship evolves through daily interactions, small conversations, and the comfort of each other’s presence. Often, people do not realize when they become a habit for one another, which is what makes this song unique.

The music video tells the story of two colleagues working in an office. Initially, they are engrossed in their daily lives, and there seems to be nothing that could be termed as love. However, as they continue to work together, converse, and spend time with each other, a different kind of bond begins to form. Neither is actively seeking love, yet a relationship gradually finds its place.

Moses emphasizes that love does not always have to be grand, dramatic, or everlasting. Sometimes, it is hidden in our daily lives. Sitting and talking with someone, spending quiet moments together, or simply getting used to their presence can also mark the beginning of a relationship. ‘Ji Le’ brings this simple feeling to life through music.
