Jodhpur, 1 September (Kiran News). Due to the construction of an RUB (Railway Under Bridge) in place of LC-60 between Gachhipura and Degana stations on the Degana-Phulera rail section of North Western Railway’s Jodhpur division, the operations of Jodhpur–Bhopal–Jodhpur and Marudhar Express trains will be affected. These trains will be diverted via Marwar Junction–Ajmer for one trip.
According to Jodhpur DRM Anurag Tripathi, a traffic block will be implemented from 7:50 am on 6 October for this work, impacting the following trains, which will be run on diverted routes:
Train 14813 Jodhpur–Bhopal Express: Departing Jodhpur on 6 October, will operate via Jodhpur–Luni–Marwar Junction–Ajmer–Phulera instead of the usual Jodhpur–Merta Road–Phulera route, with stoppages at Luni, Marwar Junction, Beawar, and Ajmer.
Train 14814 Bhopal–Jodhpur Express: Departing Bhopal on 5 October, will operate via Phulera–Ajmer–Luni–Jodhpur instead of Phulera–Merta Road–Jodhpur, with stops at Ajmer, Beawar, Marwar Junction, and Luni.
Train 14863 Varanasi City–Jodhpur Marudhar Express: Departing Varanasi City on 5 October, will run via Phulera–Ajmer–Marwar Junction–Luni instead of the usual Phulera–Merta Road–Jodhpur route, stopping at Ajmer, Beawar, Marwar Junction, and Luni.
Additionally, due to the work, Train 14087 Jaisalmer–Delhi Runicha Express, departing Delhi on 6 October, will be regulated for one and a half hours on Jaipur division.
