BJP Accuses Opposition of Creating Chaos in India During Rally in Uttar Pradesh
In a recent rally, BJP leaders criticized the opposition for causing unrest, claiming the India alliance threatens democracy.

Lucknow, November 3 (Daily Kiran) : The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) staged a significant rally in Uttar Pradesh on November 3, 2026, under the banner “Save Democracy, Eliminate Chaos.” This event was organized in response to the opposition’s Special Intensive Review (SIR) protests. The rallies took place in key cities, including Lucknow and Bareilly, targeting the Congress and the Samajwadi Party.
During the event, Uttar Pradesh’s Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak accused the India alliance of fostering chaos and troubling the public. He claimed that opposition parties were undermining constitutional institutions, even going so far as to question the Supreme Court. Pathak emphasized that the BJP would expose the opposition’s political tactics while engaging with the public.
Pathak stated that the India alliance has brought the nation to the brink of chaos. He asserted that a small group of individuals was causing unrest among the general populace. The Deputy Chief Minister accused the Congress, the Samajwadi Party, and other opposition parties of using various tactics driven by a hunger for power, aiming to create conditions reminiscent of Bangladesh.
He further noted that the BJP respects the people’s mandate, referencing states like Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Himachal Pradesh, and Punjab, where opposition parties have won elections. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has consistently upheld the belief that democracy prioritizes the will of the people, according to Pathak. He criticized the opposition for allegedly sidelining the Constitution and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s principles to mislead the nation.
Mayor Sushma Kharkwal joined the criticism, stating that the Congress party has fostered an atmosphere of chaos and is now projecting accusations onto others. She referenced historical figures Nehru and Sardar Patel, suggesting that Nehru secured the Prime Minister’s position by sidelining Patel.
BJP state vice president Neeraj Singh echoed these sentiments, claiming that the opposition is attempting to hijack democracy and push the country toward disorder. He affirmed that the nation would operate according to its Constitution and democratic principles.
This rally is part of a broader campaign by the BJP, initiated in response to the opposition’s protests against the SIR process. The “Save Democracy, Eliminate Chaos” campaign began on October 22 and is set to continue until November 5, 2026, featuring rallies across six regions of the state over a two-day period.
