Maharashtras Law and Order Questioned After Shooting Incident Involving Tiger Shroff

NCP MP Supriya Sule criticizes Maharashtras law and order following a shooting incident involving actor Tiger Shroff.

Mumbai, October 18 (Daily Kiran) : Maharashtra is facing serious questions about its law and order following a shooting incident involving actor Tiger Shroff. Supriya Sule, a Member of Parliament from the Nationalist Congress Party, voiced her concerns on social media after the incident occurred in Mumbai.

Sule highlighted the alarming rise in gun violence across the state. She stated that criminals now operate without fear of the law, emphasizing the need for immediate action. Fortunately, Shroff was unharmed, but reports indicate that several individuals sustained injuries during the incident.

The MP expressed her alarm over armed criminals brazenly displaying weapons and firing shots in broad daylight on busy streets. She called on the state’s Home Minister to urgently review the law and order situation and to take appropriate measures to reassure the public.

According to Mumbai police, two assailants fired at Shroff’s vehicle before fleeing the scene on a motorcycle. Authorities reported that five shots were fired in quick succession at the actor’s car.

Additionally, a 35-year-old man was admitted to Cooper Hospital’s casualty ward around 7:10 PM after being shot in the chest. The injured individual stated that he was covering a football match involving Tiger Shroff when he was hit, and his condition is currently stable.

In response to the shooting, Mumbai police have intensified their investigation, with senior officers present at the station to formulate strategies for the swift apprehension of the attackers.
