Kapil Mishra Targets AAP Leaders, Claims Punjab Will Reject Kejriwal
Kapil Mishra criticizes AAP leaders, claiming the party will face rejection in Punjab following discontent in Delhi.

New Delhi, October 22 (Daily Kiran) : Kapil Mishra, a minister in the Delhi government, has launched a scathing attack on Arvind Kejriwal, the national convenor of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), and leaders associated with the Citizens for Justice and Peace (CJP), Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka. His remarks came in light of the Delhi Police’s Crime Branch summoning CJP leaders, whom he labeled as “rented revolutionaries.”
In an interview, Mishra asserted that the people of Delhi have rejected Kejriwal and expressed confidence that the same fate awaits AAP in Punjab. He accused CJP leaders of working in support of Kejriwal under various guises to incite chaos through protests. “The public understands that these CJP members are being paid by Kejriwal,” he stated.
Mishra also commented on recent statements made by Union Home Minister Amit Shah regarding opposition protests in Delhi, suggesting that these demonstrations are merely a pretext for spreading chaos. He claimed that various factions, including Naxalites and corrupt individuals, have united to disrupt the nation, despite being repeatedly rejected by voters in elections.
He referenced a recent Fox News report alleging similarities in the groups, individuals, and funding sources behind protests in France and India, asserting that the public is aware of their true intentions.
On a lighter note, Mishra praised a cricket match initiative involving saints and film stars, calling it a commendable idea with a worthy goal. Central Minister Chirag Paswan also expressed support for the initiative, commending both teams for coming together and emphasizing the importance of reducing food waste while ensuring nutritious meals reach those in need.
