Mumbai, July 1: Film actress Kajal Aggarwal, renowned for her powerful performances in South Indian and Hindi films, recently shared amusing anecdotes about her childhood with her sister, Nisha Agarwal.
In an Instagram story, the ‘Singham’ actress revealed how she used to tease Nisha by claiming that they had picked her up from a department store across the street. She humorously added that if Nisha misbehaved, they would return her with a credit note.
Kajal wrote, “When we were young, I would tell my sister that we got her from the department store across the street, and if she acted up, we would return her.”
This post came in response to a fun question posed by a user during a Q&A session, asking Nisha, “Why do you look like Kajal Aggarwal?” Nisha replied playfully, stating that siblings often resemble each other due to shared genes from the same parents.
On the professional front, Kajal Aggarwal is set to star alongside Shreyas Talpade in the upcoming film ‘The India Story: Slow Poison.’ She mentioned that the film addresses the fears and concerns many parents face today.
Kajal expressed, “The India Story is a film with a strong social message. As a mother, this story resonates with me on a personal level, as it reflects the fears and worries that many parents have today.”
Produced by G Studios in collaboration with MIG Production and Studios, ‘The India Story: Slow Poison’ is written by Sagar B. Shinde. This courtroom drama is expected to release in theaters worldwide on July 24, available in multiple languages, including Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.
