(Kiran News) – Chinese smartphone brand iQOO is preparing to launch its iQOO 15 series, which could debut in October in China. The upcoming flagship is tipped to feature Samsung’s AMOLED display with 2K resolution and Qualcomm’s yet-to-be-released Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset. It may arrive alongside the iQOO 15 Pro or iQOO 15 Ultra models.

According to tipster Smart Pikachu on Chinese microblogging site Weibo, the iQOO 15 will replace last year’s iQOO 13. The device is also expected to include a company-developed gaming chip.
Speculation about the iQOO 15’s launch intensified after iQOO Product Manager Galan V shared photos of actress Zhao Lusi using the device during a gaming livestream. iQOO’s official Weibo account also reposted a user’s mention of the smartphone. Last month, the company revealed that gamers participating in the ChinaJoy 2025 5v5 Honor of Kings tournament could get a chance to use the iQOO 15.
Expected Specifications
The iQOO 15 could feature a 6.85-inch 2K resolution display with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner for security. It is expected to pack a massive 7,000mAh battery and be among the first smartphones powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset.
Earlier this week, iQOO introduced the Z10 Lite 4G, featuring a Snapdragon 685 processor, a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, and a 6,000mAh battery with 44W fast charging. The brand had also previously launched the iQOO Z10 Lite 5G in India.
