Indresh Kumar Highlights National Challenges at RSS Event in Mumbai

Mumbai, August 6: Indresh Kumar, a member of the RSS national executive, addressed the pressing challenges facing the nation during an event in Mumbai on Wednesday. He discussed the significance of RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat’s ‘Gen Z’ dialogue program.

Kumar emphasized the need for vigilance among citizens, stating, “Every citizen must stay alert to prevent any force, whether internal or external, from exploiting us. We are all Indians, we are Bharatvasis, we are Hindustanis. This is who we were, who we are, and who we will remain.”

He outlined several major challenges confronting the country, including substance abuse, religious extremism, and pollution. Additionally, he pointed to issues related to education and culture as significant concerns.

Regarding the ‘Gen Z’ initiative, which aims to engage with ‘Gen Alpha’ students, Kumar expressed optimism that it would provide direction for the country. He remarked, “Whatever discussions take place on Thursday, one thing is certain: this dialogue will help the nation progress on the right path swiftly. Therefore, this discussion will be very beneficial.”

In a separate commentary, BJP MP Dharmshila Gupta criticized Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, accusing him of politicizing children’s issues. She stated, “Rahul Gandhi is jeopardizing the future of our children, who are the future of our nation. During protests, whether at Jantar Mantar or in other states, the police acted responsibly and prioritized the interests of children.”

Gupta also targeted Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav, claiming he is distressed by electoral defeats. She noted, “Whenever elections approach, he begins to respect the Brahmin community, but once the elections are over, he disrespects them.”
