
New Delhi, September 17 (Daily Kiran) : Prime Minister Narendra Modi celebrated his 76th birthday on Thursday, September 17, 2026. On this special occasion, several state leaders, including Gujarat’s Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, extended their heartfelt wishes.
Bhupendra Patel took to social media to express his admiration, stating, “I wish a very happy birthday to the world’s most popular leader and our successful Prime Minister, Narendra Bhai Modi, who dedicates every moment to the service of Mother India.”
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu also shared his greetings on X, saying, “Happy birthday to Prime Minister Narendra Modi! Your leadership as India’s longest-serving Prime Minister has been truly historic. Your journey from a transformative Chief Minister in Gujarat to a visionary Prime Minister has propelled India’s development story.”
Assam’s Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma praised Modi on the same platform, highlighting his dedication to public service since a young age. He noted, “For the past 25 years, first as the Chief Minister of Gujarat and now as Prime Minister, he has propelled the country forward with unwavering commitment. His focus on public welfare, social justice, rapid infrastructure development, and national security has defined his long public life.”
Sarma added that since 2014, Modi has significantly focused on Assam’s development, making it a growth engine for the region. “On this special day, I pray to Maa Kamakhya and Srimanta Sankardev for his good health and many more years of service to Mother India,” he wrote.
Bihar’s Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary also posted on X, offering his best wishes to “the architect of a new India.” He remarked, “Today is special as it marks Prime Minister Modi‘s birthday. He has dedicated his entire life to the service of the nation, and I wish him good health and a long life.”
Manipur’s Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh joined in the celebrations, stating, “Happy birthday to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Under your visionary leadership, India is moving towards becoming a strong, self-reliant, and developed nation through transformative governance and digital empowerment.”
Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu expressed his gratitude for Modi’s selfless service and leadership. He prayed for Modi’s health and happiness on this special occasion.
Goa’s Chief Minister Pramod Sawant also shared his wishes, praising Modi’s leadership and commitment to making “Developed India 2047″ a reality.
