President Murmu Wishes PM Modi a Happy Birthday, Praises His Governance

New Delhi, September 17 (Daily Kiran) : President Droupadi Murmu extended warm birthday wishes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 17. She commended his role in establishing new benchmarks in governance over the past 25 years, both as Chief Minister and Prime Minister.

In a post on social media platform X, President Murmu expressed, “Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his birthday. You have set numerous new standards in governance and provided unprecedented momentum and direction for inclusive development.”

She added that citizens are realizing the coordination of heritage and progress while walking the path of modern advancement, infused with a spirit of cultural pride. Murmu prayed for Modi’s good health and longevity, wishing him continued success in serving the public and nation-building.

External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar also shared his wishes on X, urging everyone to join in wishing Modi success, good health, and a long tenure dedicated to serving the people of India. He noted that Modi continues to inspire people worldwide with his ideas and achievements.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman also congratulated Modi, stating, “Happy birthday to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Even in these challenging times, you are steadfastly leading our country towards a ‘developed India.’ You have prioritized the nation at every step, ensuring public welfare with every rupee spent from the government treasury. I pray that you live a long and healthy life while serving Mother India.”
