Ahead of its official launch, Honor has teased key specifications of its upcoming Magic 8 series, revealing that the flagship Magic 8 Pro will feature a huge 7,200mAh battery, while the standard Magic 8 will come equipped with a 7,000mAh unit, promising exceptional endurance and fast charging capabilities.

The company confirmed through its latest teaser that the Magic 8 lineup will also deliver the widest OTA (Over-the-Air) coverage in the industry. The upgrade reportedly uses AI optimization to enhance connectivity and reduce power consumption by up to 13%, improving both performance and battery efficiency.

According to leaks, the Honor Magic 8 will be 7.9mm thin, weigh around 205 grams, and support 90W wired and 80W wireless charging. It is expected to feature a 6.58-inch flat OLED display with 1.5K resolution, alongside a triple rear camera setup β€” 50MP main, 200MP telephoto, and 50MP ultrawide lenses β€” and a 50MP selfie camera on the front.

Honor Magic 8 Pro Specifications

The Magic 8 Pro is slightly thicker at 8.3mm and heavier at 219 grams. It will also feature the same 50MP + 200MP + 50MP triple camera configuration, but with a larger 6.71-inch OLED display offering 1.5K resolution. The Pro model supports 120W wired and 80W wireless fast charging, enabling ultra-fast power top-ups despite its massive battery.

Both models will run on Android 16-based MagicOS 10 and be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, ensuring flagship-level performance and efficiency.

With its combination of huge battery capacity, powerful chip, and rapid charging technology, the Honor Magic 8 series aims to challenge leading premium smartphones in both endurance and performance.
