Hormonal changes, stress, and fatigue are considered the primary factors contributing to this discomfort.

Providing mental and emotional support is crucial in this situation. Reassuring the pregnant woman that these symptoms will gradually subside can be comforting. Additionally, identifying and avoiding nausea triggers is essential. Certain foods, strong-smelling dishes, or heavy meals can exacerbate vomiting, so it’s best to steer clear of them. Fatigue can also worsen nausea, making adequate rest vital.

One of the simplest and most effective home remedies is to eat small portions of food throughout the day. Consuming light meals 4-5 times daily keeps the stomach full without feeling heavy. Cold and light snacks, such as biscuits, fruit juices, or chilled treats, are often preferred by many women.
