Ujjain, April 19: Harsha Richharia, a model and influencer who gained attention during the Prayagraj Kumbh, has performed her pind daan and embraced renunciation. She expressed that there is no sorrow in letting go of relationships that do not serve a purpose in times of need.
In Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, Harsha conducted her pind daan in the presence of her gurus, dedicating herself to a life of spirituality. The ceremony took place at the Maun Tirth Ashram, led by Mahamandaleshwar Sumananand Maharaj, where she received her initiation into renunciation.
After the ritual, Harsha received a new name and spoke to the media, stating that a new chapter in her life is beginning. She shared that for the past year and a half, she has been on a path she initiated, facing significant opposition along the way. At times, she contemplated abandoning this path, especially when those she was doing it for were not supportive.
However, she realized that once one embarks on the spiritual journey, turning back is not an option. Harsha had been contemplating renunciation for a long time, and she feels fortunate that it has now come to fruition. She believes this marks the start of a new beginning.
Previously, her thoughts revolved around her family and herself, but now, under her guru’s guidance, she aims to focus on religion and society. She remarked that aside from her parents, no one truly stands by during difficult times, and if relationships are so self-serving, there is no harm in letting them go.
Harsha Richharia concluded by stating that her life is now dedicated to Sanatan Dharma, God, and her Guru.
