Long queues formed as devotees eagerly awaited their turn to seek blessings from Baba Mahakal. The temple complex radiated devotion as the Bhasma Aarti commenced. Participants engaged in the divine act of applying sacred ash with great reverence.

According to tradition, the temple doors were opened at Brahma Muhurta after receiving blessings from Lord Veerabhadra. The Mahavir Akhara performed the ceremonial water ablution followed by a bath with Panchamrit, which consists of pure milk, fresh yogurt, ghee, sugar, honey, and various fruit juices.

The Bhasma Aarti was a magnificent event where sacred ash was offered to Baba, and the Aarti was performed. Devotees experienced the divine presence of Mahakal in both formless and form.

On Tuesday, the divine adornment of the Shri Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga captivated the devotees. Baba Mahakal was adorned in a mesmerizing manner, showcasing his large eyes, mustache, and gentle smile. A splendid silver Tripundra was placed on his forehead, along with floral offerings. The deity was decorated with garlands of bel leaves, sandalwood, and fresh flowers.
