Government Job Opportunity: Apply for 106 Positions at NCLT Including Assistant Roles

New Delhi, June 22: Millions of young people in the country aspire to secure government jobs, eagerly awaiting vacancies to apply. If you are among them, there is good news for you.

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has announced various positions, including Assistant roles, with a total of 106 vacancies available on a deputation/transfer basis. Interested and eligible candidates can apply within 60 days from May 21.

The 106 vacancies announced by NCLT include 2 Joint Registrars, 6 Deputy Registrars, 2 Assistant Registrars, 1 Programmer, 12 Court Officers, 24 Private Secretaries, 23 Senior Legal Officers, 14 Assistants, 7 Stenographers/Private Assistants, 1 Cashier, 9 Record Assistants, 3 Upper Division Clerks, and 2 Staff Car Drivers.

The offline application process for all these positions began on May 21, and the last date to apply will be 60 days from the advertisement’s publication date. Therefore, candidates who are eligible and wish to fill out the application form are advised to complete their registration within the stipulated time frame.

Applicants must possess a degree in law from a recognized institution or university, a BE/BTech (CS/IT) or MCA or equivalent, have passed the 10th grade, hold a valid driving license for motor vehicles, and have knowledge of motor mechanics, among other requirements. Additionally, candidates must have relevant experience in the specified field and meet other eligibility criteria and skills.

The maximum age limit for applicants is set at 56 years, calculated based on the last date of application. Selection of eligible candidates will be based on application scrutiny and document verification, after which the selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹19,900 to ₹2,15,900, depending on the position.

To apply, candidates should first visit the official NCLT portal. After reaching the homepage, click on the notification link for the relevant position. Download the application form provided in the notification and print it out. Fill in all the required information in the form, attach all relevant documents, and then place everything in an envelope. Send it to the following address: “Secretary, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Tribunal, Sixth Floor, Block Number 3, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi – 110003.”
