New Delhi, April 26: The Andaman and Nicobar Health Department has announced recruitment for the positions of Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM). A total of 51 positions are available, and the last date to apply is May 6. Interested candidates must have completed their 12th grade from a recognized board or institution, along with a valid ANM training certificate.
The department has issued an official notification for the recruitment of female candidates for the ANM Group ‘C’ (non-ministerial) positions. The online application process began on April 16, with the final date for applications set for May 6. Eligible and interested candidates should fill out their registration forms on the official website before the deadline.
Applicants must have passed the Senior Secondary Examination (12th grade) from any recognized board/institution. Additionally, candidates are required to possess a valid ANM training certificate.
The minimum age for candidates is set at 18 years, while the maximum age is 38 years, calculated as of May 6. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on a Computer-Based Test (CBT) and document verification. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹25,500 to ₹81,100.
While filling out the application form, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee of ₹25 online, with exemptions available for candidates from reserved categories.
