New Delhi, February 11: BJP MP Anil Bonde has expressed strong support for Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath‘s statement, “If you live by the rules, you will benefit.” He emphasized that Hindus around the world are awakening.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath remarked that living by the law leads to benefits, while breaking it leads to dire consequences. He stated that anyone dreaming of paradise while violating laws is bound to be disappointed.
In a conversation in New Delhi, Anil Bonde affirmed that this statement holds true as Hindus have now awakened. He noted that Hindus are backed by strong leaders like Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, and Home Minister Amit Shah. He highlighted that Hindus no longer feel suppressed. During the Congress era, many Hindus hesitated to express their identity, but today they proudly declare, “We are Hindus.”
Regarding former Army Chief General Manoj Naravane’s tweet, Bonde commented on Defense Minister Rajnath Singh’s efforts to clarify to Rahul Gandhi that the book he referenced has not yet been published. General Naravane stated that he authored the book, which was submitted to the Defense Ministry for permission, but it remains unpublished. He criticized Rahul Gandhi for discussing an advance copy that does not exist, accusing him of wasting parliamentary time despite Speaker Om Birla’s attempts to guide him.
On the topic of Pakistan’s withdrawal from the T20 World Cup boycott against India, Bonde remarked that Congress consistently supports Pakistan’s demands. He noted that Pakistan had requested the ICC to meet certain conditions before playing against India, including bilateral matches and a triangular series involving Bangladesh, Pakistan, and India, with games hosted in Pakistan. The ICC rejected these demands, stating that adherence to rules is essential for participation in cricket. Consequently, Pakistan had to relent. Despite this, Bonde criticized Congress for still supporting the boycott, suggesting a deeper connection between Pakistan and the party.
