Excitement Grows for ‘Bhediya 2’ as Kriti Sanon Reunites with Varun Dhawan and Amar Kaushik

Mumbai, October 26 (Daily Kiran) : Kriti Sanon has reignited excitement among fans with her recent reunion with co-star Varun Dhawan and director Amar Kaushik. The trio met in Mumbai, and Sanon shared a short clip on her Instagram Stories, showing them smiling and playfully howling like wolves, a nod to their film ‘Bhediya.’

The video included text suggesting they might be working on a new project, teasing, “A surprise reunion that will make you go ‘Dewana.’ Stay tuned.” Varun Dhawan also reshared Kriti’s post on his official account, leading to speculation that they may be planning to announce ‘Bhediya 2.’

In addition to ‘Bhediya,’ Kriti and Varun previously collaborated on the film ‘Dilwale.’ If ‘Bhediya 2’ materializes, it would mark their third appearance together on screen.

Earlier in May, the duo enjoyed a fun-filled evening with friends, including Kriti’s sister Nupur Sanon, her husband singer Stebin Ben, and actor Varun Sharma, dancing to the romantic song “Tera Ho Jaoon” from Varun’s film ‘Hai Jawaani Toh Ishq Hona Hai.’ The song, sung by Stebin and Jonita Gandhi, features lyrics by Vayu.

‘Bhediya,’ released in November 2022, is a horror-comedy centered around a road construction contractor named Bhaskar, played by Varun, who is bitten by a wolf in the forests of Arunachal Pradesh. Following the incident, he begins to transform into a werewolf. Kriti portrays a veterinarian named Anika, who knows more about the mysterious events than she initially reveals.
