Adnan Sami Enjoys Family Day Out, Praises Wifes Homemade Bread

Mumbai, October 26 (Daily Kiran) : Adnan Sami, the renowned singer and composer, is known for balancing his busy career with quality family time. Recently, he shared a glimpse of a lovely family outing on Instagram, showcasing a delightful Sunday brunch.

During this brunch, Sami enjoyed delicious food and engaging conversations with family friends. He took a moment to commend his wife, Roya Sami Khan, for her culinary skills, revealing that she had lovingly baked various types of bread at home. “The most beautiful feeling is to start a Sunday morning with friends who are like family, breaking bread together, enjoying delicious food and sweet conversations! All the different breads were freshly made by my lovely wife, Roya Sami Khan,” he posted.

Adnan Sami has been married four times, with Roya being his third wife. She has Afghan-German roots and is the daughter of a retired army officer and diplomat.

Sami is celebrated for his versatility in music, singing in multiple languages, including Hindi, Urdu, English, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. He is recognized as one of the fastest keyboard players in the world and the first musician to perform Indian classical music on the piano. Mastering 32 different instruments, with the piano being his primary, he is regarded as one of the early artists to blend Indian classical music with piano.

He began his musical journey at a young age, honing his piano skills and becoming one of the pioneers in playing the santoor and Indian classical music on the piano. After spending significant time abroad, he decided to settle in India and was granted Indian citizenship on January 1, 2016. For his exceptional contributions to music, the Government of India honored him with the Padma Shri, the country’s fourth-highest civilian award, on January 26, 2020.
