Double Murder Shocks Greater Noida: Police Form Special Teams

Greater Noida, May 8: A chilling incident unfolded in the Knowledge Park area of Greater Noida when two bodies were discovered in a construction site hostel room. Both victims were found in a pool of blood, raising suspicions of murder by sharp weapons. Senior police officials arrived at the scene promptly, and a forensic team began collecting evidence.

The incident occurred at the under-construction hostel of the Sitaram Institute. Police received a call via Dial-112 on Friday morning, reporting the presence of two bodies in a hostel room. Local police quickly arrived, forced open the door, and initiated an investigation.

The deceased have been identified as Inder, a resident of Abdulapur, Meerut, and Shishpal, from Icholi village, Meerut. Both men are believed to be around 45 years old. Preliminary investigations revealed that they had arrived at the institute for gardening work just two to three days prior and were staying on the construction site.

The scene was described as gruesome, with both bodies covered in blood. It is suspected that they were killed with a sharp weapon. The police sealed the room and called in a forensic team and field unit to gather crucial evidence. According to police officials, they have uncovered some significant leads in the case.

To expedite the investigation and apprehend the culprits, two special police teams have been formed. Authorities are also reviewing footage from nearby CCTV cameras to track down those responsible for the heinous act. Currently, the police are considering various angles, including personal enmity, labor disputes, or robbery. They assure the public that the case will be solved soon, and the perpetrators will be arrested.
