
Beijing, June 30: A concert titled “The People First” was held on the night of June 29 to celebrate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC). Party and national leaders, including Xi Jinping, attended the event alongside approximately 3,000 audience members.
The concert was divided into five segments. Performers expressed their deep affection for the party through outstanding music and captivating songs, raising a strong voice for national rejuvenation.
The program paid tribute to revolutionary martyrs and recalled the unity of the people and the army during revolutionary wars. It depicted the development of various sectors during the socialist revolution and construction, showcased the changes in the country post-reform and opening up, and illustrated the increasing prosperity in the new era.
Party members, representatives from various sectors, and foreign experts working in China were also invited to join the concert in the capital.
