CM Yogi Adityanath Criticizes Congress for Creating Chaos in India

Lucknow, October 12 (Daily Kiran) : Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has launched a sharp critique against the Congress party, branding it a symbol of chaos within the country. He cautioned that if Congress continues to create turmoil to mask its political failures, it risks losing its remaining political relevance among the people.

In a media interaction, Adityanath emphasized that the oldest political party in India has failed to learn from its mistakes. Instead of recognizing its shortcomings, Congress has been undermining democracy and constitutional institutions. The Chief Minister pointed out that the party has lost the trust of the public and must understand why it is repeatedly rejected by the electorate. He stated that the people of India are politically aware and will not tolerate chaotic and undemocratic behavior for long.

Adityanath accused Congress of fostering an environment of disorder through irresponsible political conduct. He noted that the party has created an identity crisis within the country and lost the trust of the populace due to its corrupt intentions. Despite facing continuous rejection from the public, Congress and its allies have not changed their approach. Instead of reflecting on the reasons for their declining support, they are focused on destabilizing elected governments.

He highlighted that the people of Uttar Pradesh had ousted Congress from power 41 years ago. Since 1985, the party has not returned to power in the state, and its influence has waned in other regions as well. Adityanath criticized Congress for failing to grasp why the public consistently rejects them, stating that rather than accepting their failures, the party is intent on creating instability against the democratic system.

The Chief Minister also pointed out that Congress has been causing disruptions in the national capital, New Delhi, in recent days. He noted that ordinary citizens are being inconvenienced, and there are attempts to undermine the credibility of constitutional institutions. Adityanath stressed that Congress seems to have forgotten the difference between political opposition and chaos. While dissent is a part of democracy, creating disturbances and targeting constitutional bodies is unacceptable.

Furthermore, he questioned Congress’s contradictory behavior, stating that they claim credit for victories but blame electronic voting machines and the Election Commission when they lose. When the judiciary rules in favor of merit, they attempt to challenge and intimidate the judiciary as well. This pattern of behavior extends to all constitutional institutions, where Congress resorts to insults, questions their credibility, and spreads disorder.

Adityanath asserted that such conduct towards constitutional institutions is inappropriate in a democracy. He urged Congress members to reflect on their leadership’s inefficiency and corrupt practices. He emphasized that a leadership that has lost public trust needs to be replaced. Blaming democratic institutions for their political failures will not restore Congress’s lost support.

He warned that Congress should not underestimate the democratic consciousness of the people. The public will not endure chaos and unconstitutional acts for much longer. If Congress does not change its approach and continues to create instability through undemocratic means, it will lose whatever political standing it has left. Adityanath advised Congress to abandon chaos and engage in discussions based on issues and merit, which would be beneficial for the country’s democracy and the public interest.
