Dehradun, June 1: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami visited the residence of former Uttarakhand Chief Minister and former Governor of Maharashtra, Bhagat Singh Koshyari, to congratulate him on receiving the prestigious Padma Bhushan award from the Government of India.
