Shahjahanpur, June 18: In celebration of the central government’s 12 years in office, a three-day development exhibition was inaugurated at the Development Building complex. The event was organized by the district administration and the Information and Public Relations Department as part of a comprehensive public welfare and awareness campaign led by the state government. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by local legislators, including Katra MLA Veer Vikram Singh, Dadraul MLA Arvind Kumar Singh, BJP District President KC Mishra, City President Shilpi Gupta, Vineet Kumar, and Chief Development Officer Utkarsh Dwivedi.
The exhibition showcased the achievements of the central government over the past 12 years across various sectors. It also highlighted the welfare and public interest schemes initiated by the state government, along with development projects aimed at improving the living standards of citizens.
Visitors explored the exhibition, gaining insights into the various schemes. They also participated by taking photos at the selfie stand set up in the venue. The exhibition provides detailed information about the central and state governments’ welfare schemes, development projects, and initiatives for public benefit. Related literature, informational materials, and awareness messages were also displayed.
The district administration has urged local residents to visit the exhibition, which will remain open for the next three days. Citizens are encouraged to attend in large numbers to learn about the welfare schemes, achievements, and public interest initiatives of both the central and state governments, and to avail themselves of the benefits of various schemes as per eligibility.
Present at the event were PD DRDA Avadhesh Ram, District Development Officer Rishi Pal Singh, DC MGNREGA, along with other representatives and officials.
