Boman Irani Praises Prabhas for Humility Amid Stardom

Mumbai: Actor Prabhas, known for his blockbuster film ‘Baahubali’, is currently in the spotlight with his new movie ‘The Raja Saheb’. The actor is actively promoting the film, which recently had its trailer launch event on Monday. The event saw the presence of actors Boman Irani, Zarina Wahab, Malavika Mohanan, Nidhi Agarwal, and Riddhi Kumar, who shared their experiences related to the film.

Senior actor Boman Irani, who stars alongside Prabhas in ‘The Raja Saheb’, praised Prabhas for being a humble and down-to-earth person despite his superstar status. During the trailer launch, Boman Irani expressed that working with Prabhas was a refreshing experience. He said that usually, large stars carry a certain aura on set, but Prabhas did not make him feel that way at all.

Boman Irani added that they expected Prabhas to behave like a big superstar, but he interacted with everyone on set, whether technicians or makeup artists, like a young boy. His innocence was evident in his conversations. According to Irani, Prabhas enjoys his stardom but never imposes it on others.

While Prabhas gained fame through ‘Baahubali’, some of his other films like ‘Salaar’, ‘Adipurush’, ‘Radhe Shyam’, and ‘Saaho’ did not perform well at the box office. Now, there are high hopes from his upcoming horror-comedy film ‘The Raja Saheb’ among makers and audiences alike.

‘The Raja Saheb’ promises to showcase a different avatar of Prabhas. Director Maruthi described the film as a gift for Prabhas’s fans, highlighting the actor’s excellent comic timing and impressive dialogues.

The film is set to release on 9 January and will be available in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages.
