He mentioned that PM Modi has reduced his convoy from 12 vehicles to just 2, sending a strong message across the country. Singh also addressed the impact of recent rains on sugarcane farming in Maharashtra and Karnataka, which has led to a decrease in overall sugarcane production. Consequently, the government has decided not to allow sugar exports this year to meet local demands and prevent price hikes.
On the Karnataka government’s decision regarding the hijab, Singh criticized the compromise in educational institutions due to vote bank politics. He argued that educational institutions should focus on learning, not political gains, and stated that the government’s allowance for hijab is neither legally nor socially appropriate.
