BJPs Journey: A Tale of Sacrifice, Dedication, and Commitment, Says Nitin Naveen

New Delhi, April 6: Nitin Naveen, the National President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), extended his best wishes to party workers on the occasion of the party’s foundation day. He urged them to reaffirm their commitment to “Nation First” and unite their efforts towards achieving the goal of a “Developed India.”

The BJP was established in 1980 after separating from the Janata Party. Its roots trace back to its predecessor, the Bharatiya Jana Sangh, founded in 1951 by Syama Prasad Mukherjee. Since then, it has emerged as one of India’s leading national parties, focusing on cultural nationalism and development.

On this significant occasion, Naveen stated, “I extend my heartfelt wishes to all dedicated workers of the world’s largest political party on the foundation day of the Bharatiya Janata Party.”

He emphasized that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, the party’s vision of “Antyodaya” (uplifting the last person) is becoming a reality.

“This journey, from the era of Jana Sangh to becoming the world’s largest party, is a saga of countless workers’ sacrifice, dedication, and commitment. The dream of ‘Antyodaya,’ cherished by Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee and Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, is now being realized on the ground under the successful leadership of Prime Minister Modi,” he added.

Naveen called for a reaffirmation of the “Nation Supreme” pledge on this foundation day, urging everyone to dedicate their full energy to building a “Developed India.”

Earlier in the day, Prime Minister Modi also conveyed warm wishes to BJP workers on the party’s foundation day. He highlighted the long-standing commitment to public service and emphasized the principle of “India First.”

On the social media platform X, PM Modi stated, “On the party’s foundation day, I extend heartfelt wishes to all BJP workers across the country. Our party has always been at the forefront of serving society while adhering to the ‘India First’ principle. Our workers are known for their selfless service, unwavering dedication, and deep passion for good governance. They have worked tirelessly at the grassroots level to ensure that as many people as possible connect with our ideology and work.”

He also remembered the workers whose “dedication, sacrifice, and perseverance” have shaped the party’s growth over the decades.

The Prime Minister remarked, “The BJP stands as a party that places the welfare of the people at the center of its vision. This is reflected in our work at the center and in various states. The BJP is committed to creating a ‘Developed India.’ Our collective resolve will continue to advance this vision and elevate India to new heights of progress and prosperity.”
