
New Delhi, October 3 (Daily Kiran) : Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has extended warm wishes to the public on the occasion of the Jitiya festival, also known as the Jivitputrika Vrat. He expressed hope that the sacred bond of love between mothers and their children remains unbreakable, bringing happiness, peace, and prosperity to all families.
Posting on the social media platform X, Chaudhary said, “On this auspicious occasion of Jivitputrika Vrat, I wish heartfelt greetings to all mothers. May the sacred bond of love between mothers and their children remain eternal, and may happiness, peace, and prosperity prevail in their lives.”
Bihar Assembly Speaker Prem Kumar also shared his wishes, stating, “Heartfelt greetings to all mothers observing the Jivitputrika (Jitiya) Vrat, a festival dedicated to maternal love and the long life of children. May God bless all children with happiness, health, and longevity, and may the devotion of mothers be rewarded.”
Former Bihar Assembly Speaker and Nagaland Governor Nand Kishore Yadav congratulated all mothers and sisters who observe the Jitiya Vrat, wishing for their children’s long life, bright future, and joyful existence. He prayed for the health and happiness of every child and prosperity in every household.
Sanjay Sarawagi, the president of Bihar’s BJP, also conveyed his wishes for the Jitiya Vrat. In a post on X, he expressed, “On this sacred occasion, I wish for the longevity, good health, and happiness of all children. May this holy festival bring joy, prosperity, and well-being to all families.”
Bihar’s Education Minister Mithilesh Tiwari joined in the celebrations, wishing all mothers on this significant day. He reiterated the hope that the bond of love between mothers and their children remains strong and that peace and prosperity flourish in their lives.
The Bihar BJP unit also shared greetings on their official X account, stating, “Heartfelt wishes to all mothers on the sacred Jivitputrika Nirjala Vrat ‘Jitiya,’ a symbol of affection, love, faith, and unwavering dedication.”
The Janata Dal (United) party also posted, offering congratulations and best wishes to all mothers who dedicate the Jitiya Vrat to their children’s longevity and prosperity.
