Bridgetown, September 11 (Daily Kiran) : The Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2026 witnessed an exciting clash on September 11, as the Barbados Tridents faced off against the St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots at Kensington Oval in Bridgetown. In a low-scoring encounter, the Tridents emerged victorious, winning by four wickets.
Chasing a target of 119 runs, the Barbados Tridents achieved their goal in 18 overs, finishing at 120 for 6. Quinton de Kock played a pivotal role, scoring an unbeaten 44 runs off 43 balls, which included two fours and two sixes. He held the innings together, while Daniel Sams contributed with 9 runs off 4 balls. Other notable scores came from Sherfane Rutherford with 23, Zakhari Courtney with 13, and Sadrack Descartes with 19.
