The family of Vidip Jadhav, the Personal Security Officer (PSO) of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, is shattered following his death in the Baramati plane crash. The tragic incident has left the family devastated and struggling to come to terms with their loss.
Vidip Jadhav, a resident of Satara, was among those on board the aircraft that crashed in Baramati on Wednesday, resulting in the death of Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar as well. Jadhav’s last rites were performed in Phaltan, Satara, on the same night.
Speaking to the news agency, Ganesh Jadhav, a family member, said Vidip had served as Ajit Pawar’s PSO since 2019. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2019, he was the PSO for then Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. “There is hardly any district or region in Maharashtra where Vidip was not known,” he added.
Ganesh Jadhav highlighted Vidip’s remarkable ability to keep the family united and care for everyone. “During his funeral, we truly felt the depth of our loss. When he left us, it felt as if the entire support of our family had disappeared. The grief felt by each family member is immense,” he stated.
He further explained that Vidip was more than just a family member; he held the relatives together and never treated anyone as an outsider. “Our greatest challenge now is to stay united as a family. Living without him will be very difficult for us,” Ganesh Jadhav said.
The loss of Vidip Jadhav has deeply affected the entire family, who remember him as a pillar of strength and togetherness.
