Mumbai, April 23: Actor Ayushmann Khurrana is currently in the spotlight for his upcoming comedy-drama, “Pati Patni Aur Woh Do.” In this film, he portrays the character Prajapati Pandey, who finds himself entangled with three women.
Recently, a new song titled “Roop Di Rani” was released, which is a modern rendition of a classic hit. Reflecting on his memories associated with the song, Ayushmann shared a fun video on Instagram last Thursday.
The video, filmed during the lockdown, features Ayushmann dancing energetically with his brother, Aparshakti Khurrana, to the original version of the song. The duo entertains viewers with their amusing dance moves while also humming the lyrics.
In his post, Ayushmann explained why this song holds a special place in his heart. He reminisced about how, in the 1990s, he and Aparshakti danced to this very song at their uncle’s wedding.
Ayushmann wrote, “Life feels like a circle. When Aparshakti and I were kids, we danced to this 90s song at our uncle’s wedding. During the lockdown, we relived those memories with our family, and now in 2026, we are bringing back a new version of the same song for ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh Do.’ Life truly feels like a cycle.”
The film “Pati Patni Aur Woh Do” also stars Sara Ali Khan, Vamika Gabbi, and Rakul Preet Singh in significant roles. Actor Vijay Raaz will appear as a police officer in this romantic comedy. Directed by Mudassar Aziz, the film is set to hit theaters on May 15.
