Ayodhya, March 20: Saints in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, have expressed their views on the film ‘Dhurandhar 2,’ which portrays gangster Atiq Ahmed’s direct connections to the ISI. They believe the film reveals the true nature of Ahmed’s criminal activities.
In an interview, Maharaj Sitaram Das stated, “I thank the producers and director. This film has unveiled the truth about people like Atiq Ahmed. His ties with Pakistan are evident, and the film highlights this reality. Criminals often have connections with the Samajwadi Party, which works to disrupt society, as shown in the film.”
Maharaj Deveshacharya emphasized that the film is based on true events. Regarding Atiq Ahmed, he mentioned that Ahmed was involved in anti-national activities and associated with individuals linked to anti-national organizations. He urged the Indian government to conduct an investigation into Ahmed and his associates, asserting that the film is grounded in factual evidence.
Another saint remarked on the portrayal of mafia don Atiq Ahmed in the film, suggesting that there must be some truth to it, as films cannot be created without factual basis. He expressed curiosity about how the Samajwadi Party would respond to this portrayal.
Swami Prabodhanand Giri added, “You may have learned this through the film, but I have been saying for the past ten years that many Muslim leaders in India consider themselves aligned with Pakistan. Atiq Ahmed has had connections with Pakistan. Those who feel attached to Pakistan should go there. If finances are a concern, we will arrange it.”
