Amazfit is preparing to launch its Active Max smartwatch in India soon, adding a new option to its growing range of wearable devices. The smartwatch was introduced globally last month and is now set to make its debut in the Indian market.
The recent teaser from Amazfit highlights some of the key features of the Active Max. It comes with a 1.5-inch AMOLED display offering a resolution of 480 x 480 pixels. The screen also boasts enhanced peak brightness, ensuring clear visibility even under bright sunlight.
A major highlight of the Active Max is its large 658mAh battery, which Amazfit claims can deliver up to 25 days of usage on a single full charge under ideal conditions. However, with GPS tracking enabled, the battery life reduces to around 64 hours.
Beyond battery endurance, the smartwatch offers a range of biometric sensors and outdoor tracking capabilities designed to support users during workouts. It supports over 170 sports modes, intelligent strength training detection, and advanced health monitoring features such as heart rate, SpOâ‚‚, and stress levels. Additionally, the BioCharge energy scoring provides insights into overall readiness and recovery status.
The Active Max also includes Bluetooth calling functionality and supports Bluetooth 5.3 LE for compatibility with both Android and iOS devices. Although Amazfit has not yet revealed the exact price or official launch date for India, industry watchers expect the smartwatch to be available in the coming weeks.
