Actress Ada Sharma will portray a superhero in her upcoming film ‘Super Veli,’ who takes her powers with a light-hearted approach. The first look of the film has been unveiled.
The first look video clearly shows that Ada’s character is somewhat lazy, quirky, and humorous. There is already a buzz among audiences regarding the film.
Recently, she shared a video on social media where she jokingly stated, “I am Veli.” In colloquial terms, ‘Veli’ refers to someone who has nothing to do or is idly sitting around. Some users misinterpreted her video, suggesting that Ada had no work and was just lounging around.
However, with the reveal of the film’s title, it became clear that she was promoting her upcoming project. In the first look video, she introduces her character, stating, “My name is not ‘Velli,’ it’s ‘Veli,’ but you can call me Vellivigilakshmi Krishnamurthy Chandrashekharanavami Ayyar.” She further explains that she has acromatopsia, meaning she is color blind; individuals affected by this condition see the world only in black, white, and shades of gray.
In ‘Super Veli,’ her character will showcase a completely different persona. The film tells the story of a superhero who is not as responsible as traditional heroes.
In the first look, Ada’s superhero character prefers to relax rather than take on the responsibility of saving the world.
